We maintain transparency and communicate with participants/ legal guardians about the progress as per the goals identified and taking informed decisions for achieving their goals.

Holding Hands Together is looking for passionate and committed disability support worker in Adelaide to join our team/organisation. We are keen to have a perspective staff who are interested in establishing and bringing a positive change in the lives of people with disability.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Qualifications
6 months paid work experience in Disability or Community sector. Fresher’s will also be considered
Valid First Aid certificate
Valid CPR training
Valid Manual Handling certificate
Valid full SA Driver’s License
Certificate III in Disability or equivalent
NDIS Screening Check
Working with Children Check
Soft Skills
Effective communication skills
Passionate and professional
Ability to work under direction or unsupervised
Ability to work under complex situations
Reliable and punctual
Other Essentials
Reliable car with comprehensive insurance
Satisfactory physical fitness
Right to work in Australia/Visa status
